Project overview

From its conception, the 3Scooter was designed to address the flaws in micro-mobility that often limit independence. With its sleek design and pioneering technology, it’s more than just a mobility aid—it’s a lifeline. By breaking the stigma surrounding mobility scooters, it empowers people with newfound freedom and confidence, redefining what a mobility solution can be.

To bring this vision to life, we developed a brand video that goes beyond functionality, focusing on empowerment and celebrating inclusivity. Guided by insights from Supersmith and their community of testers, the video speaks directly to its target audience, highlighting the challenges faced by those who rely on mobility aids—obstacles often unnoticed by those who don’t. By highlighting the transformative impact of the 3Scooter, it shifts from being just an aid, to a source of liberation and a means to embrace life.

Supersmith had an existing logo, but it lacked the ownership it needed to stand out. However, it held a meaningful connection to the team and the 3Scooter—something we knew was important to preserve. The new mark reflects Supersmith's three founders, and its core benefits—higher, lighter, safer—while heroing its 3 wheels connected by the scooter’s frame, subtly revealed in the negative space.

To drive investment and pre-sales, we created a bespoke website that serves as a powerful storytelling and sales platform. Built to be scalable and adaptable, it ensures Supersmith can grow without limitations. By integrating Shopify’s robust e-commerce system, we enabled seamless pre-orders, allowing the 3Scooter to reach the market quickly and efficiently.
