Project overview

#MeetTheMasters is a digitally led campaign designed to spotlight the people who power Celtic Manor Resort’s conferences and events—bringing their expertise, personality, and hospitality to the forefront. With a focus on video content, the campaign was crafted to drive engagement across all social channels, with LinkedIn as a key platform for reaching corporate audiences.

Five team members were carefully selected and filmed on location across the resort, with each shoot art directed to capture not just what they do, but who they are. We partnered with Clear Cut Social to deliver high-quality, story-driven video content, supported by a comprehensive art direction and photography guide to ensure consistency and impact.

Each individual was given their own narrative—messaging that was playful, authentic, and flexible enough to extend into other areas of the venue and services. The result is a campaign that feels personal yet professional, showcasing the human touch behind exceptional events at Celtic Manor.
