Rhotic Media came to us with a strong reputation in financial content, but a brand and website that didn’t fully reflect the quality of their thinking. The existing site felt generic, content-heavy and difficult to navigate, making it hard for potential clients to quickly understand where Rhotic added value.
We set out to refine the brand and build a new digital experience that better represents their role as a trusted partner to in-house financial marketers. Rather than reinventing, the focus was on clarity—simplifying the identity, improving usability, and creating a platform that speaks directly to the needs of their core audiences across personal finance, capital markets and insurance.
The new site is structured around client problems rather than services, helping users quickly find relevant content and understand how Rhotic can support them. A layered approach to content allows for both high-level messaging and deeper exploration, reflecting the varying levels of knowledge across their audience.
Alongside the website, the brand was refined for digital use—introducing a more considered visual system, improved typography and a clearer tone of voice. The result is a more confident and cohesive presence that positions Rhotic as a knowledgeable, dependable partner in financial storytelling, while making it easier for the right clients to engage and start a conversation.
