An identity with punch

In a competitive marketplace, standing out is crucial. Engage needed an identity that would not only distinguish it from other agencies but also visually represent the core values. Staying true to its roots in sports, particularly rugby, the new mark references an engaging scrum. A visual metaphor that captures the energy and drive it brings to its clients.

We wanted a brand that really brought the energy and excitement of sport to life—something young athletes felt represented them, and they could feel proud to be part of.

Connecting with audiences

Engage works with a wide range of audiences—from sports talent and rights holders to event management clients—each with their own unique needs. To truly connect with them, tailored messaging was key. It had to speak directly to athletes looking for trusted support, rights holders wanting to unlock their commercial potential, and clients needing seamless event delivery.

By creating clear, relatable messaging, Engage are able to showcase its expertise, build trust, and strengthen its reputation as a leader in sports marketing.

A premium hospitality experience

As part of the rebrand, Engage set out to launch a premium hospitality offering that combined its event management expertise with its deep-rooted knowledge of sport. This new venture, distinct from Engage’s core services, required its own identity—one that remained closely tied to the refreshed brand.

We partnered with the team to develop the name 'BOX' and develop a sub-brand that captured the essence of their unmatched, sports-focused hospitality experience.
