Graduate?
You'll have just bounced out of uni with an abundance of energy, exploding with creative ideas and chomping at the bit to get your first gig.
You'll be ideas focused, keen to learn, happy to contribute and have big ambitions about your design career.
Your work will show us that you understand design thinking, designing for audiences, research, strategy and what looks amazing. Your finishing will be good, but we know it'll only get better.
You'll want to get involved in branding, campaign and website projects, contributing ideas, creative concepts and feedback.
You'll be good at writing, and everything about your application will be considered, checked, double checked and triple checked.

Middleweight?
You'll know the ropes. You'll have worked at an agency or in-house for a few years and been involved in brand, campaign and web design projects.
You'll be able to dive into our team, hit the ground running, picking up new and existing projects as you go.
You'll be able to take a brief and deliver a brand identity, brand rollout or website design to the highest standards. Our standards are pretty high.
You'll be working closely with our design and web teams, often on the same project. Some of these projects you'll need to lead and take responsibility for.
It's really important that you can write and talk about your work concisely and confidently to both your teammates and clients.
High skill level in Creative Suite is a given, but bonus points for experience with Sketch/Adobe XD, After Effects, HTML and CSS skills.
What you’ll be doing...
- Owning your own projects with the support of the senior team
- Working on new branding, campaign and website projects in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Picking up existing clients and supporting them
- Adding your own spin to our work
- Design and client research
- Attending and running workshops
- Designing websites (this includes wire framing, ux and visual design)

The position is full time and permanent, based in our lovely Cardiff Bay studio. Our working hours are 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. We are flexible and supportive of people’s different lifestyles and commitments.
