Here we are, standing on the precipice of 2026 and this wild ride continues.
Like every end of year wrap up post of the last 5 years, the best way to summarise 2025 is ‘less than straightforward.’
Across our industry and far beyond it, we’ve seen pressure, uncertainty and difficult decisions become part of the everyday. But alongside that, we’ve also seen resilience, clarity of purpose and a renewed focus on what really matters.
At Toward, we’ve lots to be proud of. Not just in the way we’ve conducted ourselves during our tough times, but for how hard we’ve worked to recover. The work that the team has delivered this year is exceptional.
It’s work that completely re-enforces our belief that branding is not a decoration. It’s a serious, strategic tool, one that has the power to bring confidence, alignment and momentum to organisations navigating change.
Away from the day-to-day, we’ve continued to support good causes wherever we can. Our relationship with the Cardiff City FC Community Foundation continues to grow, and we’re doing our best to be ambassadors for their brilliant mission. Seeing the impact of their work and the genuine gratitude when we deliver Christmas gifts each year - always makes us smile.

Our new studio has given us room to think, collaborate and host properly, and it’s quickly become a place where we’re proud to welcome clients and partners into. Anyone’s welcome to pop in!
I’ll end with a massive thanks to our clients who’ve been a great support each and every year. For allowing us to challenge, to question, and to help you make brave but considered decisions. We never take your trust in us lightly.

As we head into the break, our hope is simple: that we all get some time to rest, reset and return with fresh energy for what’s next.
We’re closing the studio at 5pm on December 19th and will be back on January 5th, ready for the year ahead.
